The Chef Knife
– Feb 15-16, 2025 –
Students will design, shape, finish, heat-treat and assemble their own fine kitchen knife from stainless steel and exotic hardwood. All aspects of knife design and construction will be covered over 20 hours of intensive instruction.
Course runs 8-6, Saturday/Sunday. All tools, materials and safety equipment are included.
Students should wear sturdy footwear and cotton or wool clothing.
No Synthetics!
Lunch and hydration provided.
