The Chef Knife
– March 21-22, 2026 –
Students will design, shape, finish, heat-treat and assemble their own fine kitchen knife from stainless steel and exotic hardwood. All aspects of kitchen knife design and construction will be covered over a full weekend of intensive instruction.
Course runs 9-5, Saturday/Sunday.
All tools, meals and safety equipment are included. Materials extra (~$40-$80)
Students should wear sturdy footwear and cotton or wool clothing.
No Synthetics!
Lunch and hydration provided.
